Return policy

Campo Marzio Design is an international brand composed of separate offices and several flagship stores worldwide. Refund requests will be processed by your nearest Boutique, upon authorisation of Campo Design International Ltd Customer Service.

Our products are guarantee worldwide for any manufacturing defect. In the unlikely event that one of our products does in fact present a manufacturing defect please contact Campo Marzio Design Customer Service Department at:

If you wish to return a product that you have received as a gift or in case you are not completely satisfy with your purchase, we would be happy to exchange the product or give you a credit.

Here are the basic steps:

  • 1. Please refer to your packing slip for specific handling information.
  • 2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. In ALL cases please provide the purchase receipt.
  • 3. All products must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased, unused and undamaged in original boxes (whenever possible) and with all accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a request if it does not comply with this policy.
  • 4. All sales products are final for all sale items.
  • 5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. Deliveries.
  • 6. For your protection we recommend that you use certificate courier services or insure parcel post for your return.
  • 7. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse.
  • 8. Your request will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving your returned product.
